Keeping pets at home
Being a pet owner is both a joy and a responsibility.
If you would like to keep a pet in your home, you will need to sign a pet contract. As part of this contract you must agree that your pets will be well cared for and that they will not be a nuisance in the community.
You will need to sign a pet contract for most animals, including cats, dogs and rabbits. If you would like to keep small caged animals, fish, or service animals, you do not need to sign a contract.

Home alterations
If you would like to carry out improvements to your home, you will need to fill out our agreement form. This agreement outlines what we can expect from each other during the process.
Mobility scooters
We help our customers to maintain an independent lifestyle by providing storage spaces for mobility scooters in some of our homes.
Mobility scooters and motorised wheelchairs can enhance the quality of life for those people who would otherwise have limited access to public facilities. If you would like to keep a mobility scooter in your home, please ask us for permission and arrange insurance before purchasing the scooter.
Our mobility scooter leaflet contains everything you need to know about our mobility scooter policy, including who to contact if you already live in one of our homes.
